Return & Refund Policy

1. Returns or exchanges can be requested within 3 days of delivery.
2. Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact.
3. Damaged, defective, or incorrect products must be reported with clear images.
4. Customized or sale items may not be eligible for returns or refunds.
5. Products showing signs of use or damage will not qualify for return approval.
6. Refunds will be processed only after product inspection and approval.
7. Approved refunds will be credited within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
8. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the mistake is from our side.
9. Exchange requests are subject to stock availability.
10. Chandhamama Creations reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet policy conditions.
